This is something many drivers aren’t aware of:
- If you're not at fault, you're entitled to choose your own repairer.

- You can nominate Primo Smash Repairs to do the work.

How Not At Fault Claims Work
If the at-fault driver is insured:
- Bring the car in so we can inspect and document the damage as part of our smash repair process.
- We send the details to the at-fault driver's insurer for review and approval.
- Once repairs are approved, we book the job in at a time that suits you.
- We complete the required panel repairs and spray painting to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.
Loan vehicles: In some cases, the at-fault driver's insurer may provide a loan car while your vehicle is being repaired, subject to their approval.
If the at-fault driver is uninsured: Your options depend on the circumstances and whether you have comprehensive insurance. We're happy to talk you through the best next steps.
